I finished reading “The Requisitions” five minutes ago and came down to open this lovely, uplifting piece of music. I’ve never heard of a bandolin but would love to hear one played live some day! Maybe in Paris…I really like the meandering way this music leads me. I will hopefully talk to you about the book in person someday in the not too far off future but I want to say that it is a wonderful accomplishment. I read the first draft a number of years ago and I really loved the addition of your own life/story. Bravo Samuel! I’m glad Elsa and Victor were not left in the cafe and it made me think of your cafe where you and Augusta met.

Ahh Terri, thank you for such kind words. You will surely have to jaunt over here to listen to Augusto play, he's a real gem. "The Requisitions" took SO MANY renditions before the melody felt right. Thanks for being such a kind and supportive reader since the very beginning ... I'd love to discuss in a field in Vermont.

Thank you friend … you never know when you share something if it’ll resonate. Reading that it does doesn’t go unnoticed

Enjoyed your music over coffee this morning.

And I swear I could taste that photo of Tuscany on my tongue. Beautiful. Getting a real taste of it just made my bucket list.
